Rhode Island
A Field Guide to the Ants of New England (Ellison et al., 2012) revealed that the smallest state in the region, Rhode Island, was very poorly sampled for ants. A field study was begun in 2017 to sample ants in the state.
Below are the ants that have been found in various sites that have been sampled as part of this study.
