This rare species is only known from the vicinity of its type locality, Daba, Georgia (Gratiashvili et al., 2014). It has been found enslaving Temnothorax crasecundus (Csösz et al., 2015), Temnothorax unifasciatus and Temnothorax sp. NYL2 (Gratiashvili et al., 2014).
