This species was collected between 10–1575 m elevation, in tropical dry forest, rainforest, gallery forest, gardens, and littoral rainforest. Nests were located in rotten logs, in soil, under stones, under root mats, and in dead twigs above the ground. Workers were collected from sifted litter and on tree bark.
