    • Type-locality: Syria: Markab, S Banias, 10 m., 10.iv.1974 (Tohmé).
    • Type-depository: MNHN (probably also in ULBL).
    • Combination in Monomorium: Bolton, 1987: 292.
    • Status as species: Bolton, 1987: 292; Bolton, 1995b: 267; Borowiec, L. 2014: 127.
    • Distribution: Syria.
