- Type-material: 143 syntype workers, 1 syntype queen.
- Type-locality: Lebanon: Mt Liban, Laklouk, 1200 m., 6.iv.1966 (Tohmé).
- Type-depository: MNHN (probably also in ULBL).
- Combination in Monomorium: Bolton, 1987: 293.
