    • Type-locality: holotype Japan: Okinawa Pref., Okinawa-jima, Kunigami-son, Okuma, 29.xii.2010 (K. Kinomura & N. Ogawa); paratypes with same data.
    • Type-depository: NIAS.
    • Combination in C. (Myrmamblys): Terayama, 2013: 17 (in text).
