- Type-material: holotype worker, 5 paratype workers.
- Type-locality: holotype China: Hunan Prov., Wugong County, 6.x.1978 (S. Yin); paratypes: 4 workers with same data, 1 worker Hunan Prov., Sangzhi County, 8.vi.1981 (X. Tong).
- Type-depository: CAFB.
