- Type-material: 11 syntype major and minor workers.
- Type-locality: Congo (“French Congo”): Fort Crampel, 6.i.1911 (Schubotz).
- Type-depository: Zoological Museum Hamburg (Stitz, 1916: 371).
- [Note: Hamburg zoological museum was destroyed in World War II; residual type-material perhaps MNHU or ZMUH.]
