- Type-material: 110 syntype workers, 3 syntype queens, 46 syntype males.
- Type-locality: 30 workers, 1 queen, 20 males Morocco: Rif, Jbel bou Bessoui, W Ketama, 1650 m., 1986, sample no. 8 (H. Cagniant), 30 workers, 1 queen with same data but sample no. 9, 20 workers, 1 queen, 20 males with same data but sample no. 10, 30 workers, 6 males with same data but ix.1992, sample no. 11 (R. de la Paz).
- Type-depositories: HCPC, MNHN.
