- Type-material: holotype worker, 1 paratype worker.
- Type-locality: holotype Brazil: Mato Grosso, Barra do Tapirapé, 20.xi.1960 (B. Malkin); paratype with same data but 10.ii.1963.
- Type-depositories: DZSP (holotype); MZSP (paratype).
