- Type-material: 52 syntype workers, 18 syntype queens, 5 syntype males.
- Type-localities: Iraq (“Mesopotamia”): Amara, 10.ii.1918, no. 6 (W.E. Evans), Iraq: nr Amara, Mashara Canal, 8.iii.1918, no. 16 (W.E. Evans).
- Type-depository: BMNH.
- Combination in Trichomyrmex: (provisional, unpublished).
