- Type-locality: holotype Costa Rica: Cartago, PN Tapantí, 9.73307, -83.78258 ±20 m., 1360 m., 6.vi.2015, cloud forest, sifted leaf litter (ADMAC, Wm-E-01-1-04); paratypes: with same data, with same data but 9.73473, -83.78187, 1340 m. (ADMAC, Wm-E-01-1-03).
- Type-depositories: UCRS (holotype); CASC, DZUP, MCZC, UCDC, USNM (paratypes).
- Distribution: Costa Rica.
