Identification
This species is similar to M. levis Hansson (Hansson 2009b) in its smooth and shiny thoracic dorsum but differs from the latter in several characters: scutellum without median groove, propodeum with a narrow median carina and with distinct anterolateral foveae; lower mesepimeron enlarged but not as enlarged as in M. levis.
