    • Type-material: lectotype worker (by designation of Morgan & Mackay, 2017: 364), 4 paralectotype workers.
    • [Note: Morgan & Mackay, 2017: 364, also include 1 paralectotype queen, 1 paralectotype male, but these specimens were not mentioned in the original description.]
    • Type-locality: lectotype Mexico: Veracruz, Moyoapan (no collector’s name) (ex coll. Saussure); paralectotypes with same data.
    • Type-depository: MHNG.
