    • Type-material: syntype workers (number not stated, “several”).
    • Type-locality: Indonesia: Aru Is, Wammar I., no. 2578 (W. Karawaiew).
    • Type-depository: IEUB (perhaps also in SIZK).
    • Combination in C. (Crematogaster): Bolton, 1995b: 166.
    • Status as species: Bolton, 1995b: 148.
    • Distribution: Indonesia (Aru Is).
