- Type-material: holotype large major worker, 3 paratype large major workers, 11 paratype minor workers.
- Type-locality: holotype China: Guangxi Prov., Huaping Natural Conservation, 8.vi.1995 (S. Zhou); paratypes: 3 large major workers, 11 minor workers with same data.
- Type-depositories: SNUX (holotype); GNUC (paratypes).
- Combination in Carebara: Fischer, et al. 2014: 72.
