- Type-material: holotype worker, 47 paratype workers, 23 paratype queens, 17 paratype males.
- Type-locality: holotype Mexico: Nuevo León, 55 km. NE Dr. Arroyo, 2570 m., 10.vi.1988 (W. Mackay); paratypes with same data, nos 10991, 10996, 10999, 11000.
