    • Type-material: 9 syntype workers.
    • Type-locality: 6 syntypes Vietnam (“Indochina”): Yen Bay (F. Silvestri), 3 other syntypes Vietnam: Van Phu (F. Silvestri).
    • Type-depository: MCZC.
    • [Note: this may be a Syllophopsis species.]
    • Status as species: Chapman & Capco, 1951: 167; Ettershank, 1966: 92; Bolton, 1995b: 267.
    • Distribution; Vietnam.
