    • Combination in Lobopelta: Mayr, 1862: 734.
    • Combination in Leptogenys: Emery, 1895k: 461.
    • [Name misspelled as leviceps by Dalla Torre, 1893: 44.]
    • As subspecies of diminuta: Emery, 1887b: 433; Bingham, 1903: 62; Forel, 1912n: 52.
    • Status as species: Subedi et al., 2022: 14.
