- Type-localities: holotype + paratypes Australia: New South Wales, Dorrigo (R. Heron), New South Wales, Brooklana (W.W. Froggatt), Queensland, National Park, Mt Tambourine (H. Hacker).
- [Note: original description gives no indication which series contains the holotype, but Taylor & Brown, 1985: 13, cite Dorrigo.]
- Type-depository: ANIC.
