Description

Worker

Bingham(1903): Similar to M. atomum, differs in having the meso-metanotal suture less deeply impressed.

Length: ~ 1.2mm


Queen

Bingham (1903): Very narrow. The two nodes of the pedicel thick and rounded. The posterior portion of the pronotum forming part of the dorsum. Mesonotum very narrow and elongate. Of a reddish yellow. A brown mark round the ocelli, and a brownish band on each abdominal segment. For the rest resembles the worker.

Length: 2.5 mm
