  • gingivalis. Amblyopone gingivalis Brown, 1960a: 205, figs. 30, 31 (w.) AUSTRALIA (New South Wales).
    • Type-material: holotype worker.
    • Type-locality: Australia: New South Wales, Calga, iv.1956 (C. Mercovich).
    • [Note: Brown, 1960a: 205, records that the holotype was badly damaged in transit and now lacks its head and anterior prothorax.]
    • Type-depository: ANIC.
    • Combination in Stigmatomma: Yoshimura & Fisher, 2012a: 19;
    • combination in Amblyopone: Yoshimura & Fisher, 2014: 14 (in text).
